Today was a pretty short day as they have a meet tomorrow. Their workout consisted of starts and shakes outs. I worked with group 1 (short sprinters) to help and aid them with their block starts. I went over their warm up and stretches with them. Camille ran through the drills with them and then we all broke up into our separate groups. Coach oversaw me coaching them through their starts. He gave me tips, pointers and things to look for in each of their starts. He gave me feedback to give to them as well. They each had about 4 starts a piece. After their starts, they had 2 150's at a moderate pace. After they did that we went through their cool down and that concluded pre-meet day.
