Today I was given group 3 again. It was a pretty tough workout for them. They had 3 broken 'up 600's. They had to run 200 meters within a certain time and rest for 1 minute and then run the 400 in a certain time frame. They first one was cool. They all hit their goal times. One the 2nd one, they pushed through again. On the last one 1 girl could not finish, so I told her that she didn't have to finish the rep. Davis told me at the beginning of the workout that he needs quality and that if they are not making time and hitting there marks then it does not count toward the rep and they will have another one. I could tell that she was giving her all and that she was just tired and was in discomfort. So I told her to shut it down. She did the cool down instead and went and iced her leg. The rest of the group was fine. they completed the workout with no problem and did the cool down schedule as well. Afterwards I had a slight meeting with them telling them what they can do better and what t hey can work on. Overall, today was a good day.
